1 · Who we are

Edge Solutions is the trading name of Regional Technology and Consultancy Center, a UAE-licensed company designing, supplying, installing and calibrating private cinema, audio-visual and smart-home systems for residential and commercial clients in the United Arab Emirates. vipcinema.ae is our private cinema brand.

2 · Website content is informational

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but its content is provided for general information. Specifications, product availability, images, project examples and indicative figures may change without notice, and nothing on this website forms a binding offer.

Photographs of completed projects illustrate our work. Every room is engineered individually — the equipment, layout and result shown in any photograph are specific to that project and are not a promise of what will be delivered in yours.

3 · The Room Designer and indicative ranges

Our Room Designer at designer.vipcinema.ae is a planning and visualisation tool. The seating layouts, screen sizes, speaker positions, sightlines, feasibility checks and investment ranges it produces are indicative only. They are generated automatically from the dimensions and choices you enter and are not a survey, a technical design, or a quotation.

Any figure or range shown on this website or in the Room Designer — including series anchors such as "from AED 90,000" — is an indicative starting point, not a price for your project. Your final design and price are confirmed by our engineers after a consultation and, where required, a site visit.

Acoustics, structure, isolation, HVAC and electrical requirements are determined on site. A design produced in the Room Designer may not be buildable in your room without changes.

4 · Enquiries, consultations and quotations

Submitting an enquiry, saving a room design, booking a consultation or messaging us does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written proposal for your project and you accept it in writing, together with any deposit stated in that proposal.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. If no period is stated, they are valid for 30 days, after which prices and availability may change.

5 · Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.

Payment is staged against project milestones — typically design, procurement, installation and calibration. The exact schedule, amounts and due dates are set out in your proposal and agreed before any equipment is ordered.

Equipment is ordered against confirmed payment stages. We reserve the right to pause procurement, works or handover where an agreed payment stage is overdue. Title in supplied equipment passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery to your site.

6 · Your responsibilities

To deliver your project we rely on you to provide, at no cost to us and in reasonable time:

• safe and timely access to the property and the working area;
• accurate information about the property, including structure, services and any known defects;
• any approvals, permissions or NOCs required by your developer, building management, community or authority;
• power, water and safe storage for materials during the works;
• coordination with your architect, contractor, interior designer or MEP consultant where others are working on the same space;
• timely decisions and sign-offs at the points identified in the programme.

Delays, additional works or costs arising from these items, or from conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before works began, may affect the programme and the price. We will tell you before proceeding.

7 · Variations

Changes to the agreed scope after acceptance — including changes to equipment, layout, finishes or programme, whether requested by you or made necessary by site conditions or third parties — will be recorded in writing with any effect on price and timeline, and will take effect once you approve them.

8 · Timelines

Programme dates are estimates based on the information available when the proposal is issued. They depend on site readiness, third-party works, approvals and equipment lead times. We will keep you informed of material changes. We are not liable for delay caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including supplier and shipping delays, approval delays, or the acts or omissions of other parties working on the property.

9 · Equipment, brands and warranties

Equipment we supply carries the manufacturer's own warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. Cinema screens are supplied under our own Edge range. Where we are an authorised dealer for a brand, we will say so; we do not represent brands we are not authorised to supply.

Our workmanship warranty, its duration and what it covers are set out in your proposal.

Warranties do not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental or deliberate damage, power supply faults, unauthorised modification, or work carried out on our installation by others. Systems may require periodic recalibration and maintenance, which can be arranged separately.

10 · Cancellation

If you cancel after acceptance, you remain responsible for work already performed, equipment already ordered or supplied, and any non-recoverable costs we have committed on your behalf. Bespoke, made-to-order and custom-finished items generally cannot be cancelled or returned once in production. Cancellation terms specific to your project are set out in your proposal.

11 · Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, layouts, drawings and software — belongs to Edge Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

Designs, drawings, calculations and specifications we prepare for your project remain our intellectual property. You may use them for the purpose of your project; they may not be shared with, or used by, third parties to procure or execute the same works without our written consent.

12 · Project photography

We may wish to photograph completed work for our portfolio. We will ask for your permission first, and we will not publish your name, address or any identifying detail of your property without your agreement.

13 · WhatsApp and automated communications

If you contact us on WhatsApp, some replies may be handled with the help of automated systems and AI assistants so we can respond quickly. A member of our team is responsible for pricing, quotations and agreements. Automated replies are for information only and do not bind us. WhatsApp messaging is also governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms.

14 · Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection law.

15 · Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of data, and our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount paid by you to us for that project.

This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it, or the Room Designer, will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of indicative outputs generated by it.

16 · Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

17 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

18 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. The Terms that apply to your project are those in force when your proposal is accepted.
