The plan-stage advantage
Cable routes, quiet cooling and isolation are decided by the shell. While the ceiling is open they are drawings. Once the fit-out closes them off they become demolition. Come in early and the cinema is designed into your contractor's programme instead of cut into finished work.
Villa-scale rooms
A room of roughly 6.5 × 5 m with a 3 m ceiling — used here only as an illustration — carries two rows of recliners on a riser, a properly sized screen and real acoustic treatment. What moves a room between series is the room itself: a shared bedroom wall, ceiling height, seat count, and how quiet the cooling has to be.

HVAC coordination
A sealed, treated room full of people gets hot. Cooling quiet enough for a cinema has to be designed with the mechanical contractor, in advance.
Calibration
Measuring what the finished room actually does, then correcting it. Not a setup wizard — instruments.
Control and automation
One button. Lights down, screen on, sources awake, in the right order, every time — so the room actually gets used.
Execution discipline
The part nobody photographs. Sequencing, tolerances, who does what and when, so the acoustic design survives contact with the site.
