Why most home theatres in Dubai disappoint

Most home theatres are bought, not designed. The equipment was rarely the problem; the room was. In Dubai villas, the same four things go wrong again and again:

How a Dubai project works

   Design Session:
   60 minutes with an engineer, at your villa or over your plans online, covering your space, goals and investment options. It's free, with no obligation. You don't need dimensions; measuring is our job.
2. 02
   Design:
   layout, sightlines, seating and acoustic concept, designed for your room and series. Within 48 hours of the session you receive a room concept, the series that fits, and three investment options.
3. 03
   Engineering:
   acoustic modelling, isolation detailing, and HVAC and cabling drawings, coordinated with your contractor.
4. 04
   Installation:
   carried out by our own team, supervised against the drawings.
5. 05
   Calibration:
   the room is measured, calibrated and documented, then handed over with dedicated support.

Building, buying or renovating in Dubai?

The best time to design a cinema is before the walls close. While the ceiling is open, cable routes, quiet cooling and isolation are lines on a drawing; afterwards, they become demolition. We work directly with your architect, interior designer or fit-out contractor. We issue acoustic, isolation, cabling and HVAC drawings, coordinate with the MEP consultant, and work to their programme.
