Book your free Private Cinema Design Session
Talk to the engineer who'll design your room — not a salesperson. We'll discuss your space, goals and investment options, and what's genuinely possible.
Finishing a villa in Dubai or Abu Dhabi? Once the ceiling closes, a home cinema is hard to undo.
We draw it first; our own team builds and tunes it.

Completed private cinemas. The proof, not the promise.
Society House · Burj Khalifa District
A completed private cinema: twelve seats in three rows across roughly 60 m².
The AC return was open to the corridor. We caught it on the drawings, before the ceiling closed.
Dubai Hills
A completed private cinema in a Dubai Hills villa, engineered around the room before any equipment was chosen.
Questions people ask before the session
Can you just send me a price?
A price for which room? The same seat count in two villas can be two very different projects, because one shares a wall with a bedroom and one does not. Any figure sent before the room is assessed is a guess wearing a quote's clothing. Within 48 hours you receive three costed options for your actual room.
My contractor is already on site, or I have an AV supplier. Why do I need you?
Your contractor builds the room, and a good one is essential — we coordinate with them directly, on their programme. Your AV supplier sells and commissions equipment competently. Neither one owns the wall build-up, the door seals, the duct routing and the sequence they all happen in. That gap between the trades is where cinema rooms fail, and closing it is the work we do.
Is my room even suitable?
Usually yes, sometimes with a change you had not considered. What decides it is dimensions and proportion, ceiling height and what sits above it, which walls are shared, where the air comes from, and how much light gets in. That is exactly what the session assesses — and if your room cannot do what you want, we will tell you in the room, on the day.
