How we work

Five steps, one point of contact.

Every room follows the same method — acoustics, isolation, sightlines, calibration. From the first conversation to handover, you deal with the engineer who designs your room.

STEP 1
Design Session
60 minutes with an engineer, at your villa or over your plans online — your space, goals and investment options. Free, no obligation.
STEP 2
Design
Layout, sightlines, seating and acoustic concept — designed to your room and tier.
STEP 3
Engineering
Acoustic modelling, isolation detailing, HVAC and cabling drawings — coordinated with your contractor.
STEP 4
Installation
Our own installation team, supervised against the drawings.
STEP 5
Calibration
Measured, calibrated, documented — then handed over with dedicated post-install support.

Payment is staged in three instalments, set out in your proposal before anything is ordered.

Before you ask

What working with us looks like.

How long does a project take?+

It depends on the room's starting point and scope — we confirm a realistic timeline at design stage, in writing, and supervise the build against it. Joining before fit-out shortens everything.

Can you work with my architect or contractor?+

Yes — it's how we prefer to work. We issue acoustic, isolation, cabling and HVAC drawings for your team, coordinate with the MEP consultant, and supervise against the drawings.

Can you fix my existing home theatre?+

Usually, yes — most disappointing rooms were never engineered, not badly equipped. We measure first, keep every component that earns its place, and re-engineer the room around it.
