Engineered,
then
installed.

Most home theatres fail in the room, not the rack. We engineer acoustics, isolation, sightlines and calibration first — then choose the equipment to match.

The problem

Most home theatres are bought, not designed.

Expensive equipment in an untreated room produces expensive disappointment. The physics of the room decides what you hear and see — long before any brand name does.

01
Dialogue you can't follow
Untreated reflections smear speech. No centre-channel upgrade fixes a room that was never designed for intelligibility.
02
Boomy, one-note bass
Room modes, not subwoofers, dominate the low end. Placement and treatment are calculated, or the bass is luck.
03
Never calibrated
Projectors ship in showroom mode; audio is left on defaults. Without measurement and calibration, you never see or hear what you paid for.
The approach

Six disciplines, engineered before a single speaker is chosen.

See how we'd engineer your room →
Acoustics
Reflection, absorption and diffusion designed to the room's geometry — for dialogue clarity and even, articulate bass.
Isolation & soundproofing
Reference levels inside, silence outside. Decoupled walls, floors and doors engineered so the cinema never disturbs the house.
HVAC coordination
Cooling that keeps a sealed room comfortable at whisper noise levels — ducting, velocity and silencers coordinated with the MEP team.
Calibration
Every system measured and calibrated to reference — video to industry standards, audio to the room. Documented, not assumed.
Control & lighting
One remote, one press: lights dim, screen drops, the film starts. Scene lighting and automation that stay out of the way.
Execution discipline
Documented drawings, site supervision and sign-offs at every stage — the same rigour on site as on paper.

FAQ

Honest answers, before you ask.

How much does a private cinema cost?+

Our series start from AED 90,000 (Performance), with Reference at AED 150,000–300,000 and Signature above that. Every room is engineered individually, so we quote after a consultation — the Room Designer gives you an indicative range as you shape your room.

Can you work with my architect or contractor?+

Yes — it's how we prefer to work. We issue acoustic, isolation, cabling and HVAC drawings for your team, coordinate with the MEP consultant, and supervise the build against the drawings.

Do you only build dedicated cinema rooms?+

Dedicated rooms are our speciality, but we engineer media rooms and multipurpose spaces to the same method — the acoustics are designed around how the room is really used.

Which brands do you install?+

We're brand-agnostic and engineering-first: the room's design decides the equipment, not the other way round. We're authorized dealers for Sony, JVC, Epson, Denon, Marantz, SVS and Klipsch. Cinema screens are supplied under our own Edge range.

How is payment structured?+

Payment is staged against project milestones — design, procurement, installation and calibration — and the schedule is written into your proposal before anything is ordered.

Do you cover Abu Dhabi?+

Fully — we design and build in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with demo bookings in both, and we install across all seven emirates.
